Bubs and Boobs Co is a natural skincare label for breastfeeding mothers and their bubs, determined to arm parents with genuinely powerful products that will save them during the difficulties of pregnancy and the eye-opening fourth trimester. Our signature all-natural and vegan products, Boob Balm and Bub Balm, are the strongest on the market, harnessing the power of Manuka Oil to make them everything you need them to be, and more than what competitors offer, for when things go wrong. Manuka Oil is 1000 times stronger than Manuka honey and is pain relieving, fast healing, anti-fungal, anti-bacterial and intensely moisturising. The anti-fungal and anti-bacterial element of our products is truly unique in the market, offering mums and babies protection from the natural fungus and bacteria that live on the body, which capitalise on broken skin and can cause Thrush and Mastitis. Used alongside other powerfully medicinal natural ingredients, like Tamanu Oil, Kanuku Oil and Marsh Mallow, there is nothing fluffy in our products to fatten them out.
The pain and damage breastfeeding can cause a mother is something we have personal experience with, and was the catalyst for our business. Co-founder, Celeste Faltyn, has over 15 years experience developing natural medicinal skincare, and when she heard of Pippa Oostergetelโs traumatic and painful breastfeeding journey, she knew she could have created a product to help her through it. Together they have teamed up to create truly innovative products in the breastfeeding and baby rash space, using superhero ingredients that make a huge difference, without the need for chemicals. They do all this while remaining emphatic about keeping the motherhood journey real; refusing to sugar-coat the experience and contribute to the misconception that woman are designed to coast through the process and if difficulties arise it is only due to their own failings.
All our products are 100% Australian made, vegan, and using locally sourced ingredients, with the exception of our hero, Manuka Oil, which comes direct from the Manuka Tea Trees in New Zealand.
