With a network of over 2,000 experienced sitters, families can request ad hoc babysitting through the Peas in a Pod app or submit a short/long-term request through our website. From there, our team personally matches them with candidates who align with their values, routines, and needs.

At the heart of Peas in a Pod is a deep commitment to community. Most of our sitters come through word-of-mouth referrals, creating a close-knit, highly trusted network. Every sitter is personally interviewed and vetted by a member of our team, and must hold a valid First Aid certificate, Working With Children Check, and two 5-star childcare references.
